Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) – Checkout & Shipping

1. Why can’t I complete my order?

  • Your shipping address is invalid or unsupported (e.g., PO boxes, remote areas).
  • Payment was declined (check card details or contact your bank).
  • Items in your cart are out of stock.
  • Verify your address, try another payment method, or contact us.

2. Why does it say "Shipping not available" to my address?

  • We ship to most regions, but some locations (e.g., territories, military bases) may have restrictions.
  • Double-check your address for typos.
  • Try a nearby alternative address (e.g., workplace).

3. My payment failed. What’s wrong?

  • Card issuer blocked the transaction (contact your bank).
  • Billing address doesn’t match your card’s registered address.
  • Insufficient funds or expired card.

4. How do I change my shipping address after ordering?

Contact us immediately at service@alikiki.net 
with your order number. Changes are only possible before shipment.

5. Why is my order taking so long to ship?

Track your order via the link in your confirmation email. or visit www.17track.net with the tracking NO. we offered. Any other questions just send us E-mail

6. Do you ship internationally?

  • Yes! Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country. Select your country at checkout to see options. Now we sell at USA, Canada,UAE and Australia. 
  •  You can also visit our Amazon shop by search "Alikiki Murti" at your country's Amazon site.

7. Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can only be canceled/modified if they’re unfulfilled. Message us by E-Mail ASAP with your request. 

8. What’s your return policy?

Details are here. Most returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.

9. I didn’t get an order confirmation. What now?

Check your spam folder. If missing, contact us with your purchase details (e.g., email used).

10. Are taxes and duties included?

Taxes are calculated at checkout for applicable regions. International customers: Duties/fees may apply upon delivery (we don’t control these).
